Had a good experience overall at Tshongdu Boutique. Rooms are large and spacious. Staff is supportive. However, food needs improvement and is of very mediocre quality. Our room had a good view of the mountains and the Paro market. The hotel is located in the city centre, so has good accessibility to shopping places.
This stand as the first hotel to the main area from where the hotels, restaurants and shopping zone starts. Gives a lovely view of the mountains, if lucky those can be snow covered too. Breakfast and lunch was good. Very clean and proper bed and toilet. Food was good and the chef checked with us about the food and asked to taste the mushroom ema desti and we liked that.
Exceptional Hospitality! The staff were extremely courteous and attentive. Everything from ambience to the service was perfect. Super clean rooms Authentic Bhutanese,Indian ,Chinese and continental cuisine. The attention to detail and professionals of the staff made my stay unforgettable. In the heart of the town, making it easy to go around. I would highly recommend this boutique hotel to any one looking for comfort , quality and great hospitality. 10/10
